The National Motor Vehicle Registry was created by the Board members of The W3 Group because they all ride dirt bikes and some compete in the Australian Enduro championships.

As bike riders they have heard many stories of bikes being stolen and never being recovered and that is why insurance is so expensive for dirt bikes. So the guys decided to make a service that everyone with a motor vehicle can use to notify the wider public if their vehicle is stolen.
